Monika Agorelius began her career at the age of 18 as a movie and music journalist. Her work on local newspapers in Sweden evolved into reporting for a number of television shows in Scandinavia and further afield in Europe and South Africa. She still continues to write articles for a number for publications in Scandinavia.
In 1988, Agorelius established the independent media and production company Closeup Productions, in the UK. Closeup produce EPKs and Making Of features for television and DVD extras, music videos, documentaries and corporate videos. As managing director of Closeup, she has taken on both director and producer roles for a variety of productions.
Alongside credits on features such as Run, Fat Boy, Run, Lord of War, The Wedding Date and The Mutant Chronicles, Monika has also directed documentary material for such diverse projects as Swedish singer and entertainer Carola Haggkvist and The Special Olympics football events. She has also directed corporate videos for BskyB and a music video for the song "Happy? (Dumka)" for the British pop group Jackdaw4.
In the mid 1990s Closeup Productions played a vital part in the start up process of the National Multidisabled Football League in the UK, as one of the official sponsors of the league. Closeup also directed and produced a number of successful trailers and promo reels for the league, which were subsequently broadcast on sports channels and during sporting functions all over Europe.
In 1998 Monika was awarded The Swedish Golden Pen award, presented by the Film Publicist Association of Sweden. She was the perfect candidate for this award according to the jury's description of her as an 'international movie-loving freelance journalist, both hard working and successful'.- Additional Crew

Mariana Paavonen was born on 6 August 1958 in Grythyttan, Västmanland, Sweden. She is a production manager, known for Skärgårdsdoktorn (1997), Vendetta (1995) and The Police Murderer (1994).
